Oil & Grease
Our Oil & Grease package includes monthly maintenance visits from our qualified elevator mechanics. These visits are documented for your records. We provide an annual summary including the day and time of the monthly visits, plus notes from our mechanics. Monthly maintenance preserves your elevators and increases the number of productive years you can expect from your equipment. Many of the costly issues we see on a regular basis could have been prevented with monthly maintenance. Preventative maintenance can limit your elevator downtime.

Full Maintenance
Our Full Maintenance package will put your mind at ease. This package makes budgeting for the year a breeze. One monthly fee covers all your maintenance throughout the year, including non-obsolete parts and installation of said parts. Fees related to the annual inspection and five year weight inspection are billed to the customer, not included in our fee. Our qualified elevator mechanics will diligently inspect and proactively repair your elevators throughout the year. We perform monthly inspections and stock many of the parts you will need throughout the year. We aim to keep you running all year long, doing so requires being prepared for upcoming maintenance and part failures. Preventing the dreaded “elevator out of service” sign from your doors is our priority. Put your mind at ease and your elevator to work with this Full-Service Package.

Inspection Only
Our Inspection Only package is perfect for the budget conscious proprietor with a low-use elevator. We do not recommend this package for heavy use equipment. Our qualified elevator mechanics will diligently inspect your equipment annually. We are available as needed throughout the year, additional fees do apply for service calls. Fees related to the annual inspection and five year weight inspection are billed to the customer, not included in our fee. We do not mark-up those fees, you pay what we pay.
